Créche Fit also offer private 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions for both pre and post natal women. Perhaps you're taking part in our Creche Fit classes but need that extra boost to get you to your goals? Or maybe you're a new mum needing to build her confidence back up before joining a group session?
Our Pre and Post Natal Personal Trainers Louise and Sonny are here to help. We will sit down and discuss your goals and ideals and establish a bespoke training and nutrition plan to get you there. For mums to be we'll be focussing on maintaining a healthy pregnancy and keeping you as fit and healthy as possible to assist during and after the birth.
For new mums we'll focus on post baby fat loss, regaining core strength, pelvic floor and building confidence and establishing ways in which to incorporate a healthy lifestyle whilst caring for your new baby. And if childcare is a problem then we can offer training with your baby with you for no extra charge.
Our sessions are more than just a once a week exercise session. You'll be supported outside of when we meet, have guidance on food and additional exercise regimes as well as regular catch ups and progress tracking (body composition tests, measurements) and goal setting and reviews. Sessions can be offered daytimes or evenings and vary from 30min sessions if time is tight, up to full 1 hour sessions.
We offer free consultations if you're considering taking on a Personal Trainer and training can be offered with or without your baby with you, at your home, gym or in a local park. We're fully mobile and flexible to fit with you!
