Our Concept
​
Launched in Windsor in 2016 when Louise (who was 5 months pregnant with her son at the time) and her business partner Sonny realised there were very few options for new mums to exercise in and around Windsor without the need for expensive childcare. The local leisure centre had recently closed their crèche, making a gym environment even more inaccessible. There were baby yoga classes, post natal Pilates and outdoor mum and baby classes but nothing that offered that little bit more: the feeling of working up a sweat in a safe, indoor environment, giving you the satisfaction that you'd actually done something. A baby-friendly exercise class that promoted the importance of restoring the core post-baby, as well as providing a social group for new mums to meet and make friends. Above all - a chance for mums to do something for themselves.

At Crèche Fit, our mission was to provide a convenient and hassle-free option for mums to exercise and feel better about themselves, with their baby in tow. A way to help shift those pregnancy pounds, tone up and strengthen tummies and promote an overall sense of well being.
​
We launched in July of 2016 with a two week free trial offer and we had 76 mums sign up to take part. The response we had and the feedback we received was overwhelming!! Mums had been crying out for something like this and now we would love YOU to help other mums across the UK.
